KA Basketball's training program will help you develop all areas of your game and develop the confidence needed to take your game to the next level. Players in our sessions will work on ball handling, being able to break down a defender, attacking the basket, using different finishes around the rim with both hands, stationary shooting(correct form), shooting off the dribble, shooting on the move(balance, footwork), creating your own shot, passing stationary and on the move, properly using ball screens and off screens, being able to read a defense, scoring in the post, playing through contact, improving your basketball IQ, improving your situational awareness, defense, quickness, agility, conditioning and much more. No part of your game will be overlooked. We will focus on turning every weakness into a strength. All players will have individual training programs geared toward their strengths and weaknesses, position, and skill level.

Players will have an individualized workout plan developed just for their skill level. 100% of my attention will be put towards that single player and developing every part of their game as efficiently and effectively as possible. Players will be put through drills that challenge them and bring them out of their comfort zone. The focus of these sessions will be improving offensive abilities but will also work on improving defense, conditioning, quickness and agility.
During Group training, workouts will be less individualized and focus more on improving the basic main skills needed to become a great basketball player and great scorer. Players will be put through challenging and innovative drills to improve all those skills. Players will also have the chance to use the skills learned in competitive situations.
Team can have max 20 players
For these workouts I will come to your facility and put your whole team through a training session. These workouts will focus on IQ, ball handling, shooting, passing, defense and knowing how to use these skills in game situations. In developing each players skill set you improve your team. Each player and coach will receive a document with different drills and descriptions of those drills for players to use themselves to improve their game.
